We recently had the pleasure of staying at Continental Park in Lucerne, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room and allowed us to check in early, which made a great first impression. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. The facilities throughout the hotel were top-notch, and everything worked seamlessly. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day right. The location is great —just a short walk from the train station. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, service, and convenience, I highly recommend Continental Park.

The location was good. Although it was uphill from the Station the hotel provided a fast and efficient transfer service. Breakfast was rather basic but adequate. We didnt dine at the hotel as the restaurant was a little pricey but there are lots of bars and restaurants round about. We had a great view if the lake from our very comfortable room and the sky bar is an excellent place to have a drink and relax The hotel also provided a travel pass which meant we could use the train up to the mountain top and local buses for free. Excellent

The location is 10 out of 10 as the hotel is just opposite to the train station and it is quiet inside the room throughout my stay. The tourist attractions are within walking distance and the staffs at the receiption are nice！ The cleanness is up to standard.

The staff were amazing and so helpful. The best staff I've experienced in the last month in Europe. The room was big, the bed comfortable and big smart TV. It is surprisingly quiet considering the location. Highly recommend.
