The location is great; close to the train but on a neighborhood street with a park across the street on one side, so it didn't feel too commercial. The room was clean, stylish, and quiet. Though just a single with a twin bed, it was comfortable, and the room overall was compact but felt spacious. A full-sized desk was great for spreading out maps, working on a laptop, or snacking on tasty treats.

Property is quaint and in a great location. Has a great restaurant. We arrived from Berlin without our luggage which still remains in Berlin due to the cyber attack on the airport. The staff went above and beyond to assist us with toiletries, food when the kitchen was closed, as well as clothing so we could still do our Mt Pilatus tour. They were wonderful and while 2 days later we are still without our luggage they continue to offer assistance. Restaurant food is worth trying - Aleks the guy that seems to be doing everything is a good sounding board for food and drink options.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, Louis was incredibly professional, welcoming, and supportive his attention to detail and care made all the difference. The housekeeping team also deserves special mention; they were always cheerful and smiling, which added a positive vibe to each day. The room exceeded all expectations, spotless, beautifully arranged, and honestly better than what I have experienced in some 5-star hotels. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Exceptional service and hospitality!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Continental Park in Lucerne, and I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. They even upgraded us to a larger room and allowed us to check in early, which made a great first impression. The room was immaculate, spacious, and had all the modern amenities you could ask for. The facilities throughout the hotel were top-notch, and everything worked seamlessly. The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of high-quality options to start the day right. The location is great —just a short walk from the train station. If you're looking for a hotel that combines comfort, service, and convenience, I highly recommend Continental Park.

Central location within 3 minutes walk from the river and wooden bridge. Well designed rooms keeping the old outside design with modern inner design and furniture. Friendly staff giving, spacious parking in the basement garage of the hotel. Great restaurant with outstanding dishes.

The room size was perfect for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Staff in the reception were amazing and so helpful. The location is close to the Old town and within walking distance around 15 mins. The hotel offers car parking which is underground and so secured. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel.

Everything! Location, the helpful front desk staff and breakfast staff. Special shout out to Louie! Room had excellent lighting, good AC multiple charging outlets and nice furnishings.

Wow, what a gem of a hotel. The location of this hotel was amazing. The staff made our stay wonderful and were so helpful offering tips and guides of the city. They even reserved our seats on the Pilatus trip, as I had forgotten. They gave us a complimentary room upgrade too as it was my husband’s birthday. The breakfast was lovely, plenty of choice.
